基于公共事业管理应用型人才培养的公共政策课程实践教学研究

         

摘要

To carry out the practice teaching of public policy course, that is the inevitable choice to the cultivating talents of the public affairs management, that is the intrinsic requirement to the nature of public policy course, that is the reality requires to the achieving the goal of personnel cultivation in higher education. The practice teaching of public policy course can be divided into two aspects, inside class and outside class, inside class practice teaching methods include the class discussion method, the case analysis method and the scene imitate method, outside class practice teaching method include the development reading method, the social investigation method and the scientific research method. Through the practice teaching of public policy course, the students obtain the public policy subjects are significant increased, publish the papers are gradually increased and get the social evaluation are increasingly improved, this have significantly promoted the applied talents training of the public affairs management specialty.%公共政策课程开展实践教学,是培养公共事业管理人才的必然选择,是公共政策课程所属性质的内在要求,是实现高等教育人才培养目标的现实需要.公共政策课程实践教学分为课内、课外两个方面,课内实践教学方法有课堂讨论法、案例分析法和情景模拟法;课外实践教学方法包括拓展阅读法、社会调查法、现场参观法和科学研究法.通过公共政策课程实践教学,学生获得的公共政策课题显著增加,发表的公共政策论文逐渐增多,有力地促进了公共事业管理专业的应用型人才培养.
