In order to improve the efficiency of container seedling production lines, such container seedling production line auxiliary equipment as seedling tray installing equipment and seedling tray charging equipment are developed. The control principle of these two kinds of equipment are introduced, with focus placed on the working process and motion mode of the transmission servo motor and the movement design of each actuator. An embedded integral touch screen MCGS and Delta PLC are used to analyze and simulate the realization of automatic control of equipment.%为了提高容器苗生产线的效率,研制了容器苗生产线辅助设备苗盘装杯机和苗盘上线机。介绍了两种设备的控制原理,着重分析了传送伺服电机的工作过程、运动模式及各执行机构的动作设计。应用嵌入式一体化触摸屏MCGS和台达PLC对设备实现自动控制进行了分析和仿真。
