GB干燥器法、穿孔萃取法和ASTMD6007小室法测定人造板甲醛释放量的对应关系研究

         

摘要

Man-made board with urea-formaldehyde resins as the main adhesive releases formaldehyde,causing environ-mental pollution and damage to health of people. USA puts forward that only the man-made board products which get the cer-tificate of CARB can be admitted to the American market. Concerning the man-made board formaldehyde emission determi-nation method,which is widely used in America and our country,with the medium-density fibreboard as the experimental materials,the formaldehyde emission is tested with the methods of GB desiccators,perforator,and ASTM D 6007 chamber respectively,and through comparison and analysis on the testing results,the mathematical corresponding relation equations are established,which can provide reference for man-made board manufacturing enterprises to find out the methods he most suitable for their self-testing and self-control.%以脲醛树脂为主要胶黏剂制成的人造板释放甲醛,污染环境,危害人们健康。美国提出只有通过CARB认证的人造板产品及制品才允许进入美国市场。针对当前我国和美国广泛采用的人造板甲醛释放量测定方法,以中密度纤维板为试材,分别采用GB 18580中(9~11 L)干燥器法、穿孔萃取法和ASTM D 6007小室法对其甲醛释放量进行检测,通过对检测结果进行对比和分析建立数学对应关系方程,可为人造板生产企业采用适合自身条件的自检自控方法提供借鉴。
