圆锯片组在线冷却喷头设计与内部流场仿真分析研究

         

摘要

In the domestic product of the three layers of solid wood floor, the ultrathin circular saw blade cutting are largely used in face veneer product. In the circular saw blade cutting, saw blade rotating at a high speed. Sawtooth and workpiece friction could produce a large amount of cutting heat. The vibration of the circular saw blade increased dramatically and the deformation enlarged when the temperature is too high, which will seriously affect the safety of processing, the precision of machining and percentage of outturn .To solve these problems, we designed a cooling medium refrigeration atomization online nozzle in wood cutting. This will used for cooling circular saw groups when cutting online. This article introduced the structure design of the nozzle, and the internal flow field and pressure field are awuhuanalyzed in the simulation.%在三层实木复合地板生产中,表板主要采用超薄圆锯片组进行锯切加工。圆锯片组锯切时锯片高速旋转,锯齿与工件摩擦产生大量的切削热。当圆锯片温度梯度过大时,锯片的振动会急剧增加,甚至产生变形,严重影响加工的安全性和加工精度,降低木材出材率。为此设计了木材锯切冷却介质制冷雾化在线冷却喷头,用于冷却锯切加工中的圆锯片组。介绍了该喷头的结构设计,并对喷头内部流场、压力场和流态进行了仿真分析。
