鲁甸县花椒产业发展现状与对策研究

摘要

对云南鲁句县6个花椒种植乡镇进行抽样调查,得到各乡镇花椒种植面积、产期、产量、产值等数据.对品种杂乱,良种推广普及率低,栽培技术落后,经营管理粗放,加工环节薄弱,缺乏龙头企业,产品知名度低,技术推广力度不够,服务体系不健全等花椒产业发展中存在的问题进行分析,藉此提出相应发展对策.%This paper conducted a sampling survey on six farming villages and towns of Prickly ash in Ludian County,and obtained data on planted area,period,and yield and output value of Prickly ash.Therefore,this study analyzed the existing problems of prickly ash industry development e.g.mess varieties,low popularity rate of fine varieties promoting,cultivation technique backward,extensive management,weak processing link,lack of leading enterprises,low profile products,lack of technology promotion,unsound service system.Then,the paper put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
