侧开门集装箱侧翼和门锁的设计

         

摘要

Our survey reveals that the open side containers has some problems,such as large space while side flaps opening,seal and low safety,etc.1AA container is used as the research object and an optimization design is applied on the side flaps and rear door lock of the container.The left and right panels are divided into two parts,the upper side and the lower side,the boundary position is calculated to minimize space while upper side lifting.At the same time,the expansion of the side flaps is convenient for cargo handling and can improve the efficiency of loading and unloading of goods.A lock is added on the rear door of the container in order to reduce the risk of theft of goods inside.The optimized container not only saves space occupied by the double wings expansion,but also improves seal and safety.%通过调查发现侧开门集装箱存在侧翼展开占用空间大、密封性和安全性低等问题.以1AA型号集装箱作为研究对象,对集装箱的侧翼和后端门门锁进行优化设计.将侧翼箱板分成上下两部分,即上侧板和下侧板,并对其分割位置进行计算,使上侧板在举升过程中占用侧方的空间最小.同时,侧翼箱板的展开便于货物的装卸搬运,提高了货物的装卸搬运效率.在集装箱的后端门上增加了一道锁,降低了箱内物体被盗的风险.改进后的集装箱既节省了双翼展开后所占空间,又能提高密封性和安全性.
