基于嵌入式控制器的微型植物工厂系统设计

         

摘要

In this paper,an ARM-based,low-power and high-performance STM32 microcontroller is used to develop a desktop mini-plant factory for laboratory or home use.The mini-plant factory is a concentration of large plant factory technology,which can precisely control temperature,humidity,light intensity,light quality ratio and nutrient circulation in a small space and can provide an optimum environment for the growth of plants.High-power RGBLED is used as light source because it has the advantages of high efficiency,high brightness,long life and so on compared with traditional lighting.If the high-power RGBLED worked for a long time,it will generate a lot of heat,and therefore a water cooling system is added to the lighting and is connected to the nutrient liquid circulation system.The whole system not only makes use of the distributed heat,but also reduces the temperature of the LED.This design extends the service life of LED,saves more energy and protects the environment.%采用以ARM为核心的低功耗、高性能的STM32单片机,研发一种适用于实验室或家庭的桌面级微型植物工厂.该微型植物工厂是对大型植物工厂技术的浓缩,能够在较小的空间中进行精准的温湿度控制、光照强度光质比例控制和营养液循环控制,为植物提供一个最适宜的生长环境.系统采用大功率RGBLED作为照明光源,相比于传统照明设施,LED光源具有效率高、亮度大、寿命长等优点.由于大功率RGBLED长时间工作发热量较大,所以在灯组后加入水冷散热系统,并接入营养液循环系统,不仅利用了散发的热量,而且降低了LED的温度,延长了使用寿命,更加节能环保.
