发达国家调节收入差距的教育政策研究

摘要

So far,the income gap has become an unavoidable problem during the process of economic development around the world.In order to adjust the income gap,developed countries have utilized the policies of taxation,social security and equal education and reached an outstanding result.Among them,the policy of equal education has become one of the methods of ad-justing income gap.With US,UK,France and Germany as objects of research,this paper investigates the problem how devel-oped countries use education policies to adjust income gap.The experiences of developed countries indicate that the government should enhance education investment,monitor the direction of education investment,and incline the adequate policy towards the low-income people to adjust the income gap through education equality.%当前，收入差距问题在世界各国经济发展过程中已成为不可避免的问题。为了调节收入差距，发达国家通过采取税收、社会保障与教育公平等政策和措施进行调节，收到了比较明显的效果。其中，公平的教育政策已经成为调节收入分配差距的主要手段之一。以美国、英国、法国和德国四国为研究对象，探讨发达国家如何运用教育政策来调节收入差距的问题。发达国家的经验表明，政府应该增加教育投入，同时调整教育投入流向，对低收入群体采取适当的倾斜政策，最终通过教育的平等化达到调节收入差距的目的。
