基于保证金制度的我国食品安全信用机制研究

摘要

This paper analyzes the current phenomenon in the area of food industry,and explores the reasons. For the current situation of the food safety,margin system is necessary to be introduced. And this paper also suggests to building a credit mechanism which can reduce food safety incidents.%通过分析我国目前的食品安全问题的现状，探讨了引发食品安全问题诸多的原因。针对食品安全事件的现状，引入保证金制度，提出通过建立一个食品安全领域的信用体系来防范食品安全事件的发生。
