细胞信号转导是细胞感受环境的刺激并将信号传递到细胞内部从而使细胞发生生理生化等改变的分子途径.植物的信号转导近年来引起人们的广泛关注,在1992年NO被Science评为年度明星分子.而有关NO在植物中的作用,以及在植物细胞信号转导中的作用,到20世纪90年代才开始引起科学家的关注,现已成为植物生物学领域的一个研究热点.从NO的化学性质,植物体内NO的来源,NO在植物体中的生理效应这几方面来介绍植物细胞NO信号转导的一些研究进展.%Cell signal transduction is the molecular pathway from the environment to the inner parts , and change the physiology and biochemistry of the cell. Plant signal transduction has aroused people's wide attention in recent years. Nitric oxide (NO) was named the star molecule by Science in 1992. But the relevant function of NO in plants and the function of signal transduction in plant cells attracted the scientists' attention by the 1990's. It has become a hot spot in the field of plant biology recently. Introduces some research progress of NO signal transduction, including chemical property, the sources of NO in plants, the physiological effects of NO in plants.
