电化学传感器在重金属离子检测中的研究进展

摘要

随着环境中的重金属污染现状日益加剧，重金属的定量分析变得尤为重要。电化学传感器以其反应速度快、灵敏度高、成本低廉、适合在线监测等优点在食品安全检测领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要阐述电化学传感器的类型及其在重金属离子检测中的应用现状，并对电化学传感器的发展方进行总结和展望。%With the growing heavy mental pollution status in the natural environment, the quantitative analysis of heavy mental has become especially important. The electrochemical sensor has played a more and more role in the way of the food safety detection, because of its following virtues:the faster reaction rate, the higher sensi-bility, the lower cost and the real time analysis online etc. This thesis mainly stated the types and the application situation in the way of heavy mental ion detection, in addition, it also did the summary of electrochemical sen-sor development and had a look into the future.
