Contamination incidents of heavy metals in dairy products happened at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. The source of contamination of heavy metals in dairy products was analyzed mad its countermeasures of prevention and control were advised and prospected.%综述了近年来国内外一些乳制品的重金属污染事件,分析乳制品中重金属污染的来源,并对乳制品中重金属污染的预防控制提出了建议和展望。
