膳食中不同补钙方式的效果研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To observe the effect of calcium supplement of food. [Method] Totally 60 community residents eligible for investigation were selected including food groups of 30 cases and health care group of 30 cases. Food groups drank milk and healthcare groups took calcium gluconate tablets. After 6 months,compare bone mineral density, serum calcium, side effects, and so on. [Result]Bone mineral density of the food group was much higher than the health care group, and blood calcium of food groups remained within the normal range,and high calcium in blood and renal milk of calcium appeared in the health care group. Adverse reactions rate in food groups were less and had laxative effect [Conclusion] Food has good effect of calcium supplement than the health produts, which deserves to be used in life.%目的:观察膳食中不同补钙方式的效果.方法:选取符合调查研究条件的60名社区居民,分为食物组30例;保健组30例,食物组为食用牛奶,保健组为服用等钙素的葡萄糖酸钙片,服用6个月后对比两组的骨密度、血钙、副作用等.结果:食物组的骨密度比保健组的要高得多,且食物组的血钙均维持在正常范围内;而保健组中有些出现高钙血症和肾钙乳症,保健组中出现的不良反应率比食物组中高,食物组少不良反应甚还有通便的作用.结论:经食物进行补钙比风靡市场的保健品补钙效果好,值得大家在生活中采用.
