普鲁士蓝分光光度法测定饮用水中总铁的含量

         

摘要

Taking advantage of the fact Fe2+and K3 [Fe (CN) 6] generate soluble prussian blue, a new method for de-termination of the content of total iron in drinking water was established by measuring the generated prussian blue ab-sorbance at 702 nm. The content of iron shows a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.03μg/mL~8.00μg/mL. The regression equation of calibration is Y=0.184 6X+0.030 1, the correlation coefficient is R2=0.988 and apparent molar coefficient isε=1.87×104 L/mol·cm. Total iron content in 4 drinking water samples was determi-nated by the method and the recovery of the standard was in 98.6%~101.1%. The results are satisfactory, and it can be used for the determination of total iron in drinking water.%利用Fe2+与铁氰化钾反应生成可溶性普鲁士蓝,通过测定普鲁士蓝在702 nm处的吸光度,测定饮用水中总铁的含量。试验结果表明,铁含量在0.03μg/mL~8.00μg/mL具有良好线性关系,线性回归方程Y=0.1846 X+0.0301,相关系数R2=0.988,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.87×104 L/mol·cm。用该方法测定了4种饮用水样品中总铁的含量,加标回收率在98.6%~101.1%之间,结果满意,可用于饮用水中总铁含量的测定。
