甘蔗收割机液压系统设计

摘要

The current technology is more mature, the adaptability of sugarcane stronger, more stable cutting sugar-cane harvest electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed in this paper. And the parts of the sugarcane harvesters are analyzed in detail and the appropriate transmission system is selected, through the analysis of the working device and walking device to complete each hydraulic circuit design. Then eventually all the hydraulic circuits are com-bined with organic and complete hydraulic system design work of devices and walking system.%针对目前技术较为成熟，对甘蔗地的适应性更强，更稳定的切断式甘蔗收割机电液控制系统进行了分析，主要对甘蔗收割机的组成部分进行了详细分析，并选择了合适的传动系统，再通过对各工作装置以及行走装置的分析，完成了各液压回路的设计，并最终将所有液压回路有机地结合在一起，完成了工作装置以及行走液压系统的设计。
