On the analysis of flow characteristics of high speed on off valve, two applied schemes were put forward, in which high speed on off valve(HSV) is used in direct-control system and bypass throttle system to control the speed of hydraulic cylinder. And the duty cycle of pulse control signal was changed according to the displacement of hydraulic cylinder ,which controls the flow of hydraulic, controls the speed of hydraulic cylinder, and weaks the im-pact indirectly. The speed and accelerated speed curve of hydraulic cylinder were achieved by the means of simula-tion with Simulink and experiment with FESTO. Result shows the two applied schemes both can effectively control the speed of hydraulic cylinder. Direct-control system applied scheme only apply to small flow hydraulic system, and bypass throttle system applied scheme has the more wide application.% 为了研究高速开关阀在液压缸速度控制系统中的应用,在分析高速开关阀流量特性的基础上,提出了基于高速开关阀的单阀直控式和旁路节流式两种液压控制系统方案,并且采用脉宽调制技术(PWM),根据液压缸的位移信号调节PWM的占空比,控制进入液压缸的流量,间接达到控制液压缸速度、削弱冲击的目的。针对两种应用方案,分别通过Simulink建立仿真模型、FESTO液压实验平台搭建系统进行实验的方式,得出了仿真与实验情况下的位移、速度、加速度曲线。仿真曲线与实验结果的对比表明:单阀直控式和旁路节流式两种液压控制系统方案都能较好地实现液压缸速度的控制,其中单阀直控式更加适合于小流量液压系统,而旁路节流式的应用范围较广。
