基于双膜理论润滑油溶解制冷剂质量计算模型

摘要

As the existing lubricant oil dissolved refrigerant mass model can not reflect the dynamic releasing speed of dissolved refrigerant, the new model proposed based on double film theory can simulate the dynamic releasing speed of dissolved refriger-ant , and overcome existed model' s defect. The new model and existed model are integrated into dynamic model for refrigerator respectively. The trend of the evaporating pressure is agrees with the experimental data when the dynamic model using the new model, while the trend cann' t be predicated by the dynamic model with existed model.%针对已有压缩机润滑油溶解的制冷剂计算模型不能反应溶解的制冷剂动态释放问题,提出了一种基于双膜理论的溶解制冷剂动态释放速率模型.新的模型克服了已有模型的问题,将该模型和已有模型分别嵌入冰箱动态仿真模型,比较结果显示含有新的模型的冰箱动态仿真模型能反应冰箱开机压力运行趋势.
