Two small ice machines are tested and their power consumption curves are obtained. It is detected that the power consumption is smooth in freezing period but increasing rapidly in ice release period. The influences from different air and water temperature to ice quality are analyzed, and contrast experiment between once - collect and multiple - collect of ice weight is tested in order to validate the heat preservation property. The conclusions indicate that the influence from air temperature is larger than water temperature, and the ice weight of once - collect experiment is 16% lower than multiple - collect experiment.%针对2台小型制冰机开展试验研究,获得了制冰周期的典型功耗曲线,发现制冰阶段能耗平稳、脱冰阶段能耗急剧增大;分析了不同环境温度和水温对制冰效果的影响,并开展整体取冰和分次取冰的对比试验以验证样机的保温性能,结果表明:与水温相比,环境温度对制冰效果的影响更为明显,且整体取冰得到的总冰量比分次取冰少16%左右.
