多排管式相变蓄热器熔化过程热性能数值模拟研究

     

摘要

建立了多排管相变蓄热器的物理模型和数学模型,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对多排管蓄热器内填充石蜡和石蜡/膨胀石墨复合材料时的熔化过程进行了数值模拟,分析了多排管蓄热器内填充两种相变材料时蓄放热过程中温度场的分布情况、相界面移动规律等。模拟结果证明膨胀石墨的添加和多排管结构不仅缩短了蓄热器的蓄放热时间,而且使温度场的分布更加均匀合理,对蓄热装置的设计及实验研究提供了重要的参考价值。%The mathematical model and physical model of simulation object are established based on the theoretical analysis of latent heat storage.Then using FLUENT software for numerical simulation and processing the results,the temperature field distri-bution during the heat storage is analyzed in multitube regenerator filled with pure paraffin and paraffin/expanded graphite(EG) composite.The simulation results show that the addition of EG not only reduces the heating time,but makes the temperature field distribution more uniform and reasonable in heat accumulator.Through numerical simulation research on multitube heat storage, valuable references are provided for the design and optimization of phase change heat storage in the future.
