为优化电动车前舱冷却模块的布局,在车速和风机转速耦合的情况下,针对冷却空气在2个串联布置的散热体之间的流动问题进行数值模拟。计算中,将散热体简化为多孔介质模型,采用 RNG k -ε湍流模型进行计算。得了散热体的外流场及通风量的大小。对于电动车前舱散热分析有一定技术参考价值。%To optimize the layout of cooling module in electric vehicles,numerical simulation for air flowing through given heat exchangers was carried out under variable car speed and fan speed.The heat exchangers were simplified into porous media model and the k -εturbulence model was used for simulation.External flow field and air flow volume of two heat exchangers were ob-tained and analyzed.
