T 型槽柱面气膜密封 CFD 数值分析

摘要

Expounds the characteristics of the cylinder gas film seal,No slot model and T slot model were set up by using the Proe,Models were meshed with professional software Hypermesh,The operation parameters on the influence of two kinds of cylin-der gas film seal was analyzed by the fluent software,The results show that T slot structure has the better dynamic pressure effect, Operating parameters of speed,medium viscosity and differential pressure has great influence on sealing performance of cylinder gas film seal.%阐述了柱面气膜密封的性能特点，用 Proe 建立了无槽模型、T 型槽模型，用专业网格划分软件 Hypermesh 划分网格，在 Fluent 中分析了操作参数对2种柱面气膜密封的影响，结果表明 T 型槽结构具有更好的动压效应，转速、介质粘度和压差等操作参数对柱面气膜密封性能有较大影响。
