无填料冷却塔冷却性能的试验研究

         

摘要

An experimental system was established for shower cooling tower,the impact of different air inlet position, air dry-bulb temperature, air-water ratio, inlet water temperature on the thermal efficiency was studied. The results show that for up-jet shower cooling tower, the cooling efficiency is higher when air was induced from tower top,for the down-jet shower cooling tower the cooling efficiency is higher when air was induced from tower bottom;the cooling efficiency increased with the air-water ratio increasing, when the ratio increased to1.8, continue to increase the air-water ratio, the efficiency of shower cooling tower increaseslowly;the cooling efficiency reduced with the outdoorair dry-bulb temperature increasing; the cooling efficiency is increased with the inlet water temperature increasing, while the increase of up-jet shower cooling tower is better than down-jet shower cooling tower.%建立了无填料冷却塔试验平台,研究了不同进风位置、气水比、室外空气干球温度、循环水进水温度下无填料冷却塔冷却性能的变化规律.结果表明:上喷式无填料冷却塔上进风时冷却效率优于下进风,下喷式无填料冷却塔下进风时冷却效率优于上进风;气水比升高冷却效率升高,但气水比达到1.8后,继续提高气水比冷却效率增速降低;室外空气干球温度升高,冷却效率降低;进水温度升高冷却塔冷却效率均得到提高,但上喷式冷却塔冷却效率的提高明显大于下喷式冷却塔.
