雷诺数对压缩机模型级性能影响的气动特性分析

摘要

针对雷诺数对压缩机性能的影响,本文分别对两组带蜗壳的离心压缩机模型级进行了数值研究,得出设计转速下特性曲线的变化规律;并对雷诺数变化(20倍左右)时蜗壳内的流场变化进行了重点分析.研究结果表明,雷诺数的改变使得压缩机模型级各部件的流动特性均有显著改变,直接影响效率等气动性能参数.%According to the influence of the Reynolds number on the performance of the compressor,numerical analysis of two centrifugal compressor models with volute have been studied respectively.The variation performance curves under the designed speed have been obtained.Also the flow field in the volute has been analyzed when Reynolds number changing about 20 times.The results show that the flow characteristics of the components are significantly changed,directly affecting the aerodynamic parameter.
