催化裂化装置轴流风机叶片结垢原回分析及防范措施

         

摘要

针对2.8MU/a催化裂化装置轴流风机运行中出现效率不断降低的问题.对其原因迸行了分析判断,并通过对风机解体检修确认造成目前状况的主要原因为风机叶片严重结垢.针对这一现象,分析其结垢原因,并提出了防范措施,确保其长周期稳定运行.%The efficiency of axial-flow blower of 2. 8 Mt/a catalytical cracking unit in Changling Petrochemical Company has de-creased recently. Through the isintegration check. it was found that the efficiency reduce was caused by the heavy scaling in blades. Hence.a cause analysis of blade scaling was conducted and the corresponding prevention countermeasures were proposed to guarantee the stable long-period operation.
