高频脉冲反吹阀快速开关动作时间分析

         

摘要

脉冲反吹阀是Shell粉煤气化装置中飞灰过滤器清洁系统的关键设备,而动作时间是其产品性能评价的重要指标.通过对脉冲反吹阀工艺结构特点分析,建立了简化的物理模型及其动态特性数学模型.借助于计算机编程软件对脉冲反吹阀动态特性进行了数值分析,并进行了动作时间的试验研究.结果表明,脉冲反吹阀的动态特性数学模型可以用来指导设计,所设计生产的阀门可以满足工艺需求,并为脉冲反吹阀的减振设计提供了方向.%The pulse type backblow valve is a key equipment of the fly ash filter cleaning system in Shell pulverized coal gasification plant, whereas the stroking time is an important index of its product performance. Based on the analysis of the process structural characteristics of the pulse type backblow valve,a simplified physical model was established,and a mathematical model of its dynamic characteristics was established. Numerical analysis was conducted on the dynamic characteristics of the pulse type backblow valve using the computer programming software,and the experimental research was performed on the stroking time. The results show that the mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the pulse type backblow valve can be used to guide the design of the pneumatic system. The valve produced according to the design can meet the process requirements,which provides the direction for the damping design of the pulse type backblow valve.
