人们对低焦油卷烟的需求日益迫切.然而要减少焦油含量,又要保持卷烟的良好吸味极为困难.解决的方法之一就是使用适量的增香剂,可是过多的烟用增香剂有可能破坏卷烟的烟草自然香韵.研究发现烟草本身就存在着一些潜香物质,如类西柏烷类、类胡萝卜素类等,在烟草的醇化、发酵过程以及卷烟燃吸过程中,这些物质还可产生各种芳香化合物,对卷烟的吸食品质具阿重要的影响.介绍了烟草中的主要致香成分及烟草精油的功效和应用进展情况.%Low tar cigarettes are needed urgently. However, it is extremely difficult that the good aroma and taste of cigarettes can be maintained when the tar in cigrattes gets less and less. There is a way which can solve the problem. The method is to use the appropriate amount of flavoring agent, while too much smoke flavoring agent used may damage the natural fragrances of tobacco cigarettes. It is found that tobacco itself has some potential aromatic compounds which can degrade into a variety of other aromatic compounds during aging*, fermentation and burning. This paper describes the main aroma components m tobacco, the functions and applications of tobacco essential oils.
