船舶共直流母线混合电力推进系统技术探讨

         

摘要

For improvement of technology stability,reliability and economical efficiency of the shipboard AC distribution electric propulsion system,and requirement of system optimization,a design scheme of shipboard common DC bus hybrid-electric propulsion system with variable speed permanent magnet generator as power supply is proposed,and the system configuration,hardware constitution and network architecture are introduced in the scheme to form the overall technology framework of system design.Such key technologies as DC bus voltage control and selective protection of the DC distribution hybrid electric propulsion system are studied and analyzed,power point calculation,power distribution control strategy and selective protection method based on differential protection of the system under different conditions are determined,and finally DC bus voltage droop control method and network voltage control mode under different power supply unit combinations are provided,so as to satisfy the dynamic response,stability and economical efficiency of DC distribution system under different conditions.The results may be helpful reference for development and design of shipboard DC distribution electric propulsion system at home,and applied to development of the DC distribution electric propulsion system of fishing ships and high-end ships.%为了提升船舶交流配电电力推进系统的技术稳定性、可靠性和经济性,以及系统优化需求,提出了以变速永磁发电为供电电源的船舶共直流母线混合电力推进系统设计方案,并对方案的系统配置、硬件构成、网络构架进行介绍,形成系统设计的总体技术框架.研究分析了直流配电混合电力推进系统的直流母线电压控制和系统选择性保护关键技术,确定了系统在不同工况下的功率点计算与功率分配控制策略,以及基于差动保护的选择性保护方法,最后给出了直流母线电压下垂控制方法以及不同供电单元组合下的系统网压控制方式,以满足直流配电系统在不同运行工况下的动态响应以及系统稳定性、经济性要求.研究结果可作为国内船舶直流配电电力推进系统开发设计的有益借鉴,并可应用于渔船及高端船舶的直流配电电力推进系统开发.
