柬埔寨湄公河水域渔业资源与管理

摘要

Cambodia is an important country along " the Silk Road Economic Belt and The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road".The Mekong River (or Lancang-Mekong River) in Cambodia is important for providing full-time,part-time and seasonal employment for up to 6 million people and the fisheries sector contributes significantly to domestic food security.Fish in this river is characterized by a high degree of species diversity.In order to modify management and realize the short/long term goals,Cambodian fisheries administration has provided the communities with high levels of responsibilities to CFis (Community Fishery) for the management of fishery resource in specific areas.For the development of future sustainable fishery,Cambodia will study more cooperatively with five other riparian countries (China,Myanmar,Thailand,Loas and Vietnam)through the consideration of benefit sharing.%柬埔寨是“一带一路”沿线的重要国家.湄公河为柬埔寨6百万人口的国计民生提供着重要的保障,也为国家水产品的供给及其食品安全起着关键的作用.湄公河的鱼类具有极高的物种多样性应该是其区别于世界其它大河的特征.柬埔寨相关的渔业管理主要围绕传统意义上的资源动态预测、管理措施的完善和国管理目标的实现来开展.柬埔寨国家渔业局也一直致力于为公众提供高水平、负责任的“渔业社区”体系来有效管理特定区域的渔业资源.为更好地可持续利用湄公河的渔业资源,柬埔寨有必要与湄公河沿线的中国、缅甸、泰国、老挝和越南5国一道,基于利益共享的原则开展更多的研究合作.
