The principle, method and process of deciding the weight of factor were put forward based on the features of fire safety evaluation index system of city and the dynamic variety of partial evaluation index. The scientific nature and rationality of this method were verified through the practice of deciding the weight of factor in this fire safety evaluation index system.%根据城市消防安全评价指标体系的特点,结合局部评价指标动态变动的特征,提出了指标赋权原则、方法和流程,通过城市消防安全评价指标体系权重确定的实践,检验了提出的综合赋权方法的科学性和合理性.
