多传感器组合式电气火灾监控探测器的设计

         

摘要

根据2014版新国标提出的电气火灾监控探测器需满足的电磁兼容和故障信号报警等要求,设计了一种多传感器组合式探测器.该探测器由剩余电流互感器、温度传感器及基于飞思卡尔MKE06Z64微控制器的相关硬件、软件组成,可实时检测剩余电流和温度变化,并在超过设定值时报警.介绍探测器的总体方案、主要电路设计并进行实验验证.%According to the 2014 edition of the new national standard, electrical fire monitoring detector should meet the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility and fault signal alarm.A multi-sensor combined detector was designed.The detector was composed by residual current transformer, temperature sensors, combined with microcontroller Freescale MKE06Z64.The detector can detect the residual current and temperature real-time, and alert when the threshold was exceeded.The overall plan, main circuit design were introduced, and test was carried out to verify the detector.
