基于实体试验的磷酸铁锂电池火灾危险性分析

         

摘要

为研究动力锂离子电池的火灾危险性,以大容量磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,开展了电池单体的燃烧试验及电池模组的量热试验,获得温度变化曲线和热释放速率曲线.试验结果表明:在外部加热的条件下,电池表面温度在150℃以上磷酸铁锂电池有发生热失控的风险;额定电压12.8 V、额定容量200 Ah的磷酸铁锂电池模组发生热失控,电池模组所释放的总热值约为366 MJ,最大热释放速率约为240 kW.此试验方法可用于量化分析不同材料动力电池的燃烧特性电池;%In order to study the fire risk of Li-ion power batteries, high-energy LiFePO4batteries were chosen as the representative samples and the burning test of battery cell and the calorimetric test of battery module were carried out. The curves of temperature change and heat release rate were obtained. Test results showed that thermal runaway might be occurred when the battery was heat-ed above 150 ℃. The total heat release was 366 MJ and the peak heat release rate was 240 kW during thermal runaway of the battery module with rated voltage of 12.8 V and rated capacity of 200 Ah. This test method can be used to quantify and analyze the combus-tion characteristics of different material power batteries.
