介绍天津滨海新区于家堡金融区地下步行街的消防设计,从防火分区、疏散设计、给排水消防设计、防排烟设计等方面进行分析,提出设计要点.分析工程消防设计难点及解决对策,如自动扶梯下是否设置喷头、中庭是否设置大空间智能灭火系统、地下室无吊顶区域喷头布置及地上楼层部分格栅吊顶的喷头布置、变配电站的消防设施设置等,可为类似工程的消防设计提供参考.%The fire protection design of an underground pedestrian street in Yujiapu financial district in Tianjin Binhai New Area was introduced, analysis were made from aspects as fire compartment, evacuation design,water supply and drainage design, smoke ex-haust design, and the design points were proposed. The difficulties in fire protection design and its countermeasures were analyzed in-cluding sprinkler layout under escalator, set of large space intelli-gent fire extinguishing system in atrium, sprinkler set in no ceiling area in the basement and in grilles ceiling area in overground part and set of fire facilities in distribution substation, which could give references for fire protection design of similar projects.
