为研究芳烃联合装置的火灾危险性,选取典型工艺单元——异构化单元,结合国内某石化企业芳烃联合装置实际工艺参数及平面分布,使用ALOHA软件研究异构化单元进料过滤器二甲苯泄漏引发火灾、爆炸事故对周边工艺设备及相邻工艺单元的影响.结果表明:3种泄漏模式下,事故造成危害范围大小顺序依次为大孔泄漏>中孔泄漏>小孔泄漏;蒸气云爆炸导致的事故后果较喷射火更严重.%To investigate the fire risk of the aromatic combination plant, this paper analysed the consequence of fire and explosion ac-cident of the feed filter leakage of isomerization unit in aromatic combination plant with ALOHA, based on actual parameters of a domestic petrochemical enterprise. It shows the hazard area is ex-tending with the opening diameter. The vapor cloud explosion ex-hibits bigger hazardous area than jet fire.
