According to the characteristics of modern museum build?ings, such as the space is more and more tall and connect fully, the number of visitors in the rush hour is dense, firefighting and rescue is difficult, etc., the common fire design difficulties of museum ex?hibition hall and cultural relics were summarized, including fire di?vision, evacuation distance, evacuation calculation and smoke sys?tem design of tall exhibition hall. Combining with the latest nation?al fire regulations and industry standards, various strategies based on the concept of fire performance-based design were put forward.
