社区应急广播与避难引导系统设计与实现

摘要

A community emergency broadcast and evacuation guidance system,which is used forcommunity emergency incident detection,emergency information push and emergency escape guidance,was designed and implemented.The structure,function and features of the system was described.The implementation scheme of the terminal software for community emergency broadcast and evacuation guidance and the software used in the monitoring and command center was provided.The key technologies adopted in the implementation process,such as service push and map navigation,were also analyzed.The application of the system can provide strong support for the community emergency management and the protection of the people's lives and property.%设计并实现了一种用于社区应急事件发现、应急信息推送与应急逃生引导的社区应急广播与避难引导系统.介绍系统的整体架构、功能设计和系统特点,给出社区应急广播与避难引导移动终端和监控中心软件的设计实现方案,并对使用的服务推送和地图定位导航等关键技术进行重点说明.系统可为社区应急管理和保障社区人民生命财产安全提供有力支撑.
