消防液压破拆工具标准的改进研究

摘要

对国内外液压破拆工具标准进行比较研究,开展液压破拆工具分类和基本参数、抗偏心力性能、抗滑移性能、安全性、液压接头的标准化技术研究.研制液压破拆工具标准化试验装置,包括工作平台、液压及电器控制柜、计算机主控台3部分,开展液压破拆工具的综合性能试验,为液压破拆工具标准的修订提供技术支撑.%The standards of hydraulically operated rescue tools at home and abroad were researched,and the research on the clas sification,basic parameters,off-centre resistance,slip resistance,safety and@ick-action couplings of hydraulically operated rescue tools was carried out.The standard test facility of hydraulically operated rescue tools was developed,which includes operation plant,hydraulic and electric actuator and computer console.The experiments on comprehensive property of hydraulically operated rescue tools were carried out to provide technological support for the revision of standards of hydraulically operated rescue tools.
