高倍数泡沫抑制LNG蒸发扩散模拟研究

         

摘要

利用基于CFD理论的KFX软件研究LNG蒸发扩散.建立LNG自然蒸发扩散模型和高倍数泡沫下LNG蒸发扩散模型,模拟结果与MKOSPC液化天然气蒸发扩散实验结果高度吻合.高倍数泡沫抑制LNG蒸发扩散的机理主要体现在高倍数泡沫强化了对低温LNG蒸气的传热,以降低地面附近的可燃气浓度和范围;模拟结果表明,高倍数泡沫能有效减小可燃气云面积70%~80%.%The leakage and diffusion of LNG were researched by KFX software based on CFD. The model of leakage and diffusion of LNG with and without high expansion foam were built respec?tively. The simulation results are coincident with the experiment results of LNG leakage by Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Cen?ter(MKOPSC). The mitigating mechanism of diffusion of LNG covered by high expansion foam was given: lots of heat will be brought to the cryogenic LNG while high expansion foam was re?leased on LNG pool, which will enhance the heat transfer to the cryogenic LNG vapor, so that the concentration and volume of flammable vapor cloud near ground were decreased. The simula?tion results also showed that high expansion foam can effectively reduce the flammable gas cloud by 70%~80%.
