Summarized the experience of practice of construction of fire service system at all levels of fire forces in recent years, ana?lyzed the existing problems in construction of fire service system including team management and operation mechanism, ability and level of protection and shortage of fire service personnel. Dis?cussed the construction of characteristic fire service system, such as putting the basic construction of the fire service into the overall planning of local public utilities and the establishment of fire ser?vice logistics network. In addition, discussion was made combined with cross regional fire fighting and rescuepractice of a petrochemi?cal fire.%总结近年来我国各地各级公安消防部队战勤保障体系建设中的经验做法,分析消防战勤保障体系建设中存在的问题,包括队伍管理和运转机制的问题、保障能力和保障水平以及保障人员缺乏的问题.探讨构建特色消防战勤保障体系,如将消防战勤保障基础建设纳入地方公共事业整体规划之中,建立消防战勤保障联勤网络.并结合某石油化工火灾灭火救援跨区域实战演练实例进行分析探讨.
