将全碳化硅开关器件应用于大功率高压电源的设计中,可有效提高开关频率和减小散热器的体积,从而增加了移动微波武器系统的机动性。文中分析了提高开关频率的困难,并提出了实现小型化大功率高压电源的系统方案。最后结合数学推导及saber软件的强大仿真功能,设计了一款5 KV-1 A的高压电源模块。%An employment of full SiC ( silicon carbide) switch device in high-power high-voltage power supply can effectively increase switch frequency and decrease volume of radiator so as to enhance maneuverability of mobile microwave weapon system. The difficulty of raising switch frequency is analyzed and the system scheme of imple-menting miniaturized high-power high voltage power supply is presented. And finally a 5KV -1A high voltage power supply module is designed according to the mathematical derivation and the powerful simulation function of saber software.
