The entrance withdrawal mechanism of public housing includes three correlative steps: the step of setting up security standard, the step of guarantee object application and review and withdrawal step. Based on the actual condition of China and using the international experience of entrance with-drawal mechanism of public housing, this paper proposes that residual income approach should be ad-opted to identify the entrance standard of public housing, resident economic statuses check system should be constructed to examine public housing application, false information register and rank-seek-ing should be severely punished, the dynamic supervision of the insured family should be strengthened and the withdrawal mechanism efficiently connected with the different types of public housing should be constructed.% 保障性住房进入与退出机制包含三个相互联系的环节：保障标准的界定环节、保障对象申请与审核环节和退出环节。立足于当前中国的实际，结合保障性住房进入与退出机制的国际经验，提出以剩余收入法为基础确定保障性住房的进入标准，建立“居民经济状况核对系统”对保障性住房申请保障进行审核，加大对虚假信息申报和寻租现象的处罚力度，加强对受保家庭收入动态监管，构建各类型保障性住房有效衔接的退出机制。
