资源枯竭型城市经济转型中的金融支持

摘要

资源枯竭型城市经济转型和发展问题是世界性难题。如何在配合我国当前经济转型升级实现自身经济转型是资源枯竭城市发展的首要问题。金融作为支持经济转型的重要动力部门，在现有体制下，如何积极与城市政府部门协调配合，创新金融扶持方式，并赋予资源枯竭地区开展金融的先行先试，突破现有金融瓶颈，以促进该类城市经济成功转型与发展。%The economic transformation and development of resources exhaustion cities are worldwide problems. The first problem of resources exhaustion cities’development is realizing own economic transformation with cooperation of China’s economic transformation upgrading. As the important power department of supporting the economic transformation, finance should be coordinated with government sectors of cities, bring forth new ideas on financial supporting way and give the financial first try to the resources exhaustion district under the existing system. In that way, we can promote the successful eco-nomic transformation and development of this type city.
