In the era of big data and mobile Internet trends,Internet finance renewed heat waves, different areas of investment and model innovation emerge in endlessly, that impact the traditional financial management mode and operation pattern. But at the moment, there are no uniform standards or ready-made experience about the Internet financial related definition and regulation. How to seek the Internet financial fermentation temperature trajectory transformation development becomes a joint project which the commercial banks should face. The author starting from the basic concept and operation mode of the Internet finance to explore the development superiority and the erosion situation, thus to think the path choice of commercial banks to the development internet finance let one unit guide a whole area.%在大数据时代与移动互联潮流下，互联网金融掀起新一轮热浪，不同领域的投资和模式创新层出不穷，冲击着传统金融业的经营模式和运行格局。但目前关于互联网金融相关界定与监管并没有统一标准或现成经验，如何在互联网金融发酵升温的轨迹中谋求转型发展成为传统银行业所面临的共同课题。从互联网金融的基本概念与运行模式出发，探求其发展优势与侵蚀态势，从而以点带面就传统银行发展互联网金融的路径选择做出思考。
