对新疆实施大企业大集团战略的再思考——以煤炭行业为例

     

摘要

大企业大集团战略是新疆加快资源开发、培育产业和技术制高点、建立现代产业体系、不断推进新型工业化进程、实现后发赶超和跨越式发展的重要手段和策略。新疆自2005年以来,加快了涉煤大企业大集团的培育和引进,优势资源转化效率加快,煤炭产业快速增长,生产规模不断扩大,产业链不断延伸,产业集群初现雏形。本文通过对新疆大企业大集团战略实施现状及特点的分析,针对目前在战略实施过程中存在的问题以及未来发展的需要,提出了进一步完善大企业大集团战略的对策建议。%The strategy of large- scaled enterprises is not only to accelerate resources development and cultivate the leading industry and technology, but also to advance new - style industrialized process and realize late - development overtake and great - leap -forward development. The large - scaled coal enterprises have been introduced and cultivated by the government since 2005. The industries clusters in Xinjiang have taken shape: the transformation efficiency of superior resources, the unprecedented growth of coal industry, the expanding of the production scale and the extending of industrial chain. This paper makes an analysis of current situation and characteristics of the implementation of the large - scaled enterprises strategy. Aiming at existing problems and future development, it puts forward and suggestions to improve the large-scaled enterprises strategy
