大企业大集团战略是新疆加快资源开发、培育产业和技术制高点、建立现代产业体系、不断推进新型工业化进程、实现后发赶超和跨越式发展的重要手段和策略。新疆自2005年以来，加快了涉煤大企业大集团的培育和引进，优势资源转化效率加快，煤炭产业快速增长，生产规模不断扩大，产业链不断延伸，产业集群初现雏形。本文通过对新疆大企业大集团战略实施现状及特点的分析，针对目前在战略实施过程中存在的问题以及未来发展的需要，提出了进一步完善大企业大集团战略的对策建议。%The strategy of large- scaled enterprises is not only to accelerate resources development and cultivate the leading industry and technology, but also to advance new - style industrialized process and realize late - development overtake and great - leap -forward development.
