长管拖车用大容积环缠绕复合材料气瓶充气及冷却过程温度变化的数值模拟研究

     

摘要

A numerical model was established for the predication of the temperature rise of Large Capacity Fully-wrapped Composite Cylinder on Compressed Natural Gas Vehicles (CNGV) during its refueling and cooling.A CNG tank is regarded as an object of study,in which working cubage is 2500 L and working pressure is 20 MPa.Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent 17.1 was applied to simulate the refueling process of 1800 s and the static cooling process of 5400 s.The setting process of the Finite Element Method of this simulation was described in detail.The flowing direction of gas,temperature distribution in the cylinder and the temperature patterns of the wall during its filling and cooling were emphatically analyzed.The simulation results show that high temperature is concentrated on the tail of the vessel,and the temperature of the wall is below the allowable temperature during all procedure in this simulation.%建立了压缩天然气车(CNGV)用大容积环缠绕复合材料气瓶的充气温升数值模型,通过计算流体力学软件Eu-em17.1进行数值仿真,模拟1800 s充满20 MPa、2500 L的CNG气瓶的填充过程以及5400s的静态冷却过程.详细介绍了该有限元模型的设置过程,重点分析了气瓶内气体流向、温度分布,以及充气及冷却过程的壁面温度状况,模拟结果表明,大容积气瓶的高温区域集中在瓶尾,该工况下的充气不会使气瓶壁面温度超过许用温度.
