玻璃纤维针刺毡过滤材料的研发

摘要

主要探讨了采用3种不同单丝直径（13μm、7μm、4μm）的玻璃纤维设计的单一纤维、梯度型、粗细混合型针刺毡的加工过程、过滤性能及应用，分析了针刺毡结构的设计与针刺毡过滤性能的关系。玻璃纤维针刺毡既满足了高性能、低成本的要求，还适应了日益严格的环保要求。%This article discusses the fabrication process, filtering performance and application of needled felts made of three different diameter （13, 7, 4μm） glass fibers, and analyzes the relationship between the design offer structure and the performance of filters. Glass fiber needled felts not only meet the high performance and low cost requirements, but also conform to the increasingly stringent environmental requirements.
