除渣器在玻璃纤维湿法制品生产中的应用研究

研究了玻璃纤维湿法制品生产过程中的工况，总结了除渣器在玻璃纤维湿法制品生产过程中排渣口堵塞、进出口压力控制等问题及其解决方法，详细介绍了除渣器的种类、工作原理以及在安装、使用过程中应注意的一些要点。%This article studies the operation conditions of wet-formed glass fiber products,summarizes the problems of shot separators in the production of wet-formed products,such as the blocking of shot removing holes,the pressure control at the inlets and outlets,and their corresponding solutions. Before these,the types,functions and the atten-tions to be paid in the installation and operation of shot separators are detailed.
