低频电源矿热炉还原红型镍矿试验研究

         

摘要

红土镍矿含镍品位较低,火法冶炼时要产出大量废渣,耗能较高,节能降耗是必由之路。利用低频电源技术可以大大降低短网电抗,提高功率因数,提高冶炼效率,降低能源和原材料消耗。开展低频矿热炉冶炼红土镍矿试验研究,对红土镍矿企业的增产节能降耗工作具有一定指导意义。%Due to the low grade of nickel laterite ore , a large number of slags are produced in smelting w hich causes high energy consumption . Measures must be taken to reduce energy consumption and enhance pro-duction efficiency . The technology of low -frequency electricity power can greatly reduce the reactance of busbar , improve power factor , raise smelting efficiency , reduce energy and raw material consumption . This technology should play an important role in energy saving in smelting industry .
