摘要

The present invention relates to a reduction method of low grade nickel ore using methane and a concentration recovery method of nickel using the reduction method and, more specifically, relates to a reduction method of low grade nickel ore using methane comprising a reduction step of simultaneously sintering and reducing a material containing nickel and iron at a temperature of 750-900C under a methane gas atmosphere to acquire a reduction material; and an effective concentration recovery method of nickel including the reduction method. According to the present invention, a sintering process which has to separately be performed before performing a reduction step of a material containing nickel and iron can integrally be performed in the reduction step; thus being possible to effectively concentrate and leach nickel from low grade nickel ore.
