采矿工程概预算造价差距原因及控制途径研究

This paper is a mining project budget cost gap reason through labor and material price changesquota changesdesign changespreliminary design budgetary estimate itself unreasonable four point are analyzed.In view of these four pointsthe reason of the cost gap is proposed to choose the type of contract and the terms of the contractto strengthen the management of the design workthe design scheme of the budgetthe preparation of the budget should be reasonable three recommendationsleads to the conclusion that to budget for the control of the budgetrequire the ownerdesign and budget units together to conclusion.%就某采矿项目工程概预算造价差距原因，通过人工工资、材料等价格变化、定额变化、设计变更、初步设计概算本身不合理四点进行了分析，针对这四点造成概预算造价差距的原因提出了要业主慎重选择合同类型及条款、加强设计工作的管理详细比选论证设计方案、概预算书编制要合理三条建议，得出要想概算控制预算，需要业主方，设计方及概预算编制单位共同努力的结论。
