湿法冶炼厂控制水系统平衡的实践应用

摘要

This paper introduces the copper hydrometallurgy plants dewatering process and part of the e-quipments of pulp before leaching , and take an annual output are 10000 tons of copper cathodes of the cop-per hydrometallurgy plants in Congo ( DRC ) as an example . Expounds the pulp dehydration before the leaching is a important way of copper hydrometallurgy plants to control water system balance effectively , save production cost , realize environmental protection , save energy and zero emissions .%介绍了湿法冶炼企业浸出前矿浆脱水的工艺和部分脱水设备，并以刚果（金）某年产10000 t阴极铜的湿法炼铜厂为例，阐述了做好浸出前矿浆脱水是湿法炼铜企业有效控制水系统平衡、节约生产成本、实现环保节能和零排放的重要途径。
